Rates quoted are subject to 6.5% state & 3% local taxes.

Check-in time: AFTER 3:00 P.M. ~ Check-out time: BEFORE 9:00 A.M.

Additional Persons in each cabin - $25/day - $125/week
Nightly rate on all cabins - 1/5 of weekly rate

Kids 5 and under are free

Quiet, supervised pets welcome in cabins 1-7, 10 & 11 and cabins W1-W9  for $80.00/week.  
You are financially responsible for damage caused by your pet.
You will be asked to board your pet if this policy is not followed

Deposit on each cabin rental - $200 refundable (less 15% handling fee) if reservation date is filled
Deposit may be applied to a later 2008 reservation

Visa, MasterCard and personal checks accepted
Credit card charges over $150 will have a 3% surcharge added on

One dock space with weekly rental ~ Additional dock space - $8/day
