OUR POLICIES

Rates quoted are subject to 7.375% state & 3% local taxes. 

Check-in time: AFTER 3:00 P.M. ~ Check-out time: BEFORE 9:00 A.M.

Additional Persons in each cabin - $40/day - $190/week
Nightly rate on all cabins - 1/5 of weekly rate
One dock space with weekly rental ~ Additional dock space - $10/day

Kids 5 and under are free

Deposit on each cabin rental - $500 refundable (less 25% handling fee) if reservation dates are filled
Deposit may be applied to a later reservation

Visa, MasterCard (3% fee for credit cards) and personal checks accepted

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed with permission only at a fee of $160.00/week or $30/day, $80/week for each additional pet.
​ Pets must be quiet and supervised at all times.
You are required to clean up after your pet. You are financially responsible for damage caused by your pet.
You will be asked to board your pet if this policy is not followed
